Map of trains & metro in Rome..

here we post a map of 5 years ago, but every lines are still the same since 2005. In Rome exists only 2 metro (line A & line B) like a bix "X" where cross to the Termini station. line A start from Battistini station until Anagnina station and linea B start from Rebibbia station to Laurentina station. The most important stations of these metro are close to the center (specially for tourists) as 'spagna' 'barberini' 'repubblica' stations + 'colosseo' 'cavour' 'termini' stations + 'cipro' 'ottaviano' stations. Ottaviano station is very close to Vatican city & San Peter church . After exist 1 metro (train) each 15 minutes it's useful to go to 'Ostia Antica' starting from Ostiense station where is the railway station connecting everywhere in Italy as Fiumicino airport (Leonardo da Vinci). Other local trains are crossing some metro stations with the same ticket inside Rome, but if you will use these train going outside of Rome you should pay an extra charge of your ticket. Going outside of Rome with these local trains the price change how much far is your destination so maybe you should ask to 'Tabacchi' shop where they have a schedule table of prices for each train.

thanks you for this useful information..
It's not very easy to find descripition in detail as you wrote here. Infact when i use trains around italy, it seem nobody knows how to explain in english or to explain in detail a lot of information also when you have no time to listen..
